Some quick info and links about Sturgeon County:

It is a growing county connected to the cities of Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan and St. Albert.  It covers a large area spanning from the town of Red Water in the east to Calahoo in the west.  In the north of the county is the town of Legal and the borders stretch all the way south to the northern boundries of St. Albert and Edmonton.  Their county administrative offices are found in their only city of Morinville. 

Sturgeon County  includes the Alberta’s Industrial Heartland and Heartland Upgrader.  It also features attractions like the Alberta Railway Museum, Prairie Gardens Adventure Farm, and the Villeneuve Airport which features an annual Alberta International Airshow.  Lastly, it also includes Jurassic Forest which is connected to Goose Hummock; one of the 10 golf courses that can be found in the county.  This county has many amenities and is continuously growing.  With its close connections to the area’s main highways, freeways and major cities; it is turning into one of the up and coming places to live in the Edmonton area.

Green Sprout Landscaping has focused its attention on being able to provide services to larger properties that include acreages and commercial properties.  Acreage Landscaping and Acreage Snow Removal services for larger properties requires purchasing unique machines and even larger vehicles to haul these machines.  As most acreage owners know,  these come with a higher price tag which is why most landscaping companies will not invest in this equipment.  Our owner Tim Friesen, has chosen to provide services to these often neglected areas and enjoys the extra time it takes to take care of these unique customers.
